"I don't know what to do."
You'll have a simple plan
A short, memorable sequence you've actually practised with your hands, not just heard about in a slide.
A 60–75 minute life-saving skills lab
A hands-on, gamified session where your people practise CPR, meet an AED and run short rescue missions in small teams. So on a hard day, they can stay calm, call for help and take the first simple steps.
Why ONE HERO exists
Over 15 years in resuscitation and emergency medicine, Dr. Aravind V has seen the same thing again and again: people who care, but freeze, held back by fear and the thought of doing something wrong. ONE HERO was built to replace that freeze with a few calm, practised first steps.
"I don't know what to do."
A short, memorable sequence you've actually practised with your hands, not just heard about in a slide.
"What if I make it worse?"
Hands-on practice on manikins and an AED trainer builds the confidence to act instead of hesitating.
"Someone else will handle it."
Call. Assist. Continue. Hand over. Teams learn who does what until professional help arrives.
The goal isn't to turn anyone into a medical expert, or a hero.
It's to help ordinary people meet a difficult moment with calm attention.
Try a 20-second taste
Good chest compressions go at 100 to 120 per minute. Most people guess too slow or too fast. Tap the button (or press your space bar) and see where you land.
Tip: think of a steady, upbeat dance song.
Space works too on a keyboard.
This is a rhythm game, not training. Real confidence comes from practising on a manikin with an instructor, which is exactly what a ONE HERO session is for.

What participants practise
Recognise. Respond. Save a life.
Hands-on compressions on manikins and a guided walk-through of an AED trainer, so the machine feels friendly, not scary.
Act fast. Clear the airway.
Spot the signs early and practise the simple techniques that help adults and children who are choking.
Bleeding, wounds, sprains, fractures.
Practical, calm first responses to everyday injuries at school, at work, at home and on the road.
Be prepared beyond the classroom.
What to do when help is further away: on treks, trips, sports days and outdoor events.
Call. Assist. Continue. Handover.
Who calls, who fetches the AED, who takes over when someone tires, and how to hand over clearly to professionals.
How a session runs
Participants rotate through interactive skill stations, solve real-life scenarios and work as a team in a fun, engaging "rescue mission" format. We bring the manikins, AED trainer and mission materials; you bring the people and a room with some floor space.
A warm, non-scary start. What an emergency looks like, why bystanders matter, and the simple plan everyone will practise.
~10 minSmall groups rotate through practical challenges: CPR on manikins, an introduction to the AED, and choking and first-aid drills.
~30 minShort, realistic scenarios where teams call for help, communicate clearly and put the steps together under a little friendly pressure.

Who it's for
Children are often the first to notice when something is wrong. ONE HERO gives them an age-appropriate, non-morbid way to learn what to do, framed as a mission rather than something scary.

About 60 to 75 minutes. It's designed to fit a school period block, a lunch-and-learn or a slot in an offsite agenda.
No. It's hands-on and activity-based. Participants spend most of the time on their feet in small groups, working through practical challenges, manikin practice and rescue scenarios.
Yes. Content is age-appropriate and deliberately non-morbid. For younger students the focus is on noticing, calling for help and simple actions, delivered as a game.
ONE HERO is a practical skills and confidence experience, not about turning anyone into a medical expert. If your organisation has specific certification requirements, tell us when you enquire and we'll discuss the options.
Participants work in small groups so everyone gets hands-on time. Tell us your numbers and we'll plan the right format, including multiple back-to-back sessions for larger groups.
A room or hall with some clear floor space. We bring the manikins, AED trainer and all the mission materials.
Yes. Scenarios can be adapted to your setting, whether that's a classroom, factory floor, hotel lobby, trek or sports ground.
